Since co-founding Minnesota Life College in 1995 in partnership with the Hatlen Foundation, Buffets, Inc. has been pleased to provide ongoing support to MLC as it helps young adults with learning disabilities achieve “Real Skills for Real Life.” Buffets, Inc. also thanks its many restaurant partners and suppliers who have also joined in the support of Minnesota Life College.
The mission of Minnesota Life College is to help young adults with learning disabilities achieve personal and financial self-sufficiency. It is accomplished by utilizing three distinct phases, each offering challenges and personal growth for every student enrolled.
